The main objective of the project is to develop the Network Perspective platform with the PRODUCTIVITY ANALYTICS module, which allows to predict the probability of increase and decrease in the effectiveness of remote work in a team based on information about the ongoing interactions between employees.
As a result of the project, a new, innovative module of the Platform will be developed, which, through the use of artificial intelligence methods, will predict the probability of increase and decrease in the effectiveness of remote work based on data on interactions taking place between employees.

Project’sobjectives:
The mainobjective of the project is to conduct research and development works todevelop the Network Perspective platform with a PROMOTION ANALYTICS moduleenabling the prediction of employee promotion based on employment data andinformation regarding interactions among employees.
As a resultof project implementation, a new, innovative module of the Platform will bedeveloped, which, through the utilization of artificial intelligence methods,will predict the likelihood of employee advancement based on employment data aswell as data concerning events and collaborative interactions. Throughintegration with company systems (e.g., calendar, chat, email), it will havethe capability to collect data on collaboration methods. The main element ofthe solution will be algorithms for automatic and intelligent diagnosis ofcritical moments in employee development processes, as well as signalsindicating promotion or employee development (e.g., shifts in thesubordinate-supervisor hierarchy and development on the managerial path,changes in salary levels, shifts in the expert hierarchy).
Thesolution will be targeted at the dynamically growing HRTech market where thereare currently no solutions with similar functionalities.
