Set up / use cross-team work-related thematic chat channels

If your team has already chosen teams to regularly sync via meetings, probably there are still teams you’d like to sync with, but there is no need to run meetings.

Consider creating work-related public Slack channel with those teams, plus agree on basic rules, e.g.

• channel name: Project X, Process Y, Technology Z
• frequency of updates: bi-weekly

Contract the form of update, e.g.

• where we’re now + link to materials
• what you should know about + link to materials
• where we’re going
• DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for update: Person A (Team 1), Person B (Team 2)
