The Customer obliges itself and it assures Network Perspective that it will comply with all relevant legal provisions and if necessary – provide information and collect consents from the Users. The Customer states that all its Users know and accept General Terms and Privacy Policy. In this case, the sub-processor and the authorized person have the same obligations to protect Personal Data as we do. What's more, we are responsible for the negligence of the sub-processor and / or the person authorized by us as for our own activities. We undertake to take the following steps to protect the Personal Data obtained from the Customer: to perform supervision over data security throughout their possession in a manner that ensures in particular protection against unauthorized access, damage, destruction or loss, to use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of the system in which Personal Data will be processed, i.e. software; delete all data immediately after performing the subject of this Agreement.
