Contract on core sync vs flexible hours as a team & put them into calendar

To keep your work-life harmony, agree with a team for:

1. Core work/sync hours, e.g. 10 AM-4 PM
2. Flexible working hours, e.g. between 7 AM - 7 PM

Core work/sync hours mean that the team members agree to be “live” and available to one another for meetings or feedback.Flexible working hours mean that during this time team members are doing their work, but outside of core work/sync hours, the work is done asynchronously (you can get the comment or task, but you don’t have to respond to it) or individually.Enable working hours in your Google calendars -> put there your core work hours
